We offer online consultations using Zoom for clients who cannot visit our clinic. While pulse diagnosis (a diagnostic technique of Chinese medicine) is not possible remotely, our practitioners can still determine your condition through detailed questioning and tongue diagnosis.
After the consultation, we will mail the prescribed herbal medicine to your Australian address, so you don’t need to visit the clinic in person—ideal for those in remote areas without access to a Chinese medicine clinic.
Traditional Chinese medicine often relies on pulse diagnosis, where a practitioner feels the pulse at different positions on the wrist to determine imbalances. Since this is not possible online, tongue diagnosis (observing the color, coating, and shape of the tongue) is used instead.
