She graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. After graduation, she worked for almost 10 years at the Rehabilitation Centre of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, providing clinical treatments in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and rehabilitation medicine. During this period, she also participated in clinical teaching and contributed to teaching activities at the School of Acupuncture and Tuina, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Since 2015, Si has been practising in Australia as a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. Her clinical practice is guided by the holistic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and syndrome differentiation, providing personalised treatment plans based on each patient’s constitution and health condition. Treatment approaches include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, holographic acupuncture, Yin–Yang acupuncture, cupping therapy, Gua Sha and auricular (ear) therapy. Areas of clinical interest include: Neck, shoulder and lower back pain, joint and musculoskeletal conditions, insomnia and stress-related conditions such as anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, post-stroke rehabilitation, weight management, cosmetic acupuncture. She is committed to providing safe, natural, and effective care, taking the time to listen and guide patients on their journey to restore balance and improve overall wellbeing.
